She’s led up to 600 employees in multiple locations, managed 1000 contract employees and supported customers and State Farm agents in 23 states.
Sue Ann is the President and CEO of The Center for Asian Pacific American Women (CAPAW). As a Whole Person Leader in her belief it’s the journey versus the destination. Her goal is to support CAPAW’s vision to develop AAPI Women to be impactful and influential leaders.
Donna Fujimoto Cole, President/CEO Cole Chemical & Distributing, Inc.
With support and encouragement from her clients, Donna started Cole Chemical & Distributing, Inc. at the age of 27 as a certified minority and women owned business to help them meet their government purchasing goals.. She has grown the company to be a global force in the industry by focusing on what she does best, fostering strong relationships with those around her.

Katie Chin, Celebrity Chef and Entrepreneur
Celebrity Chef Katie Chin is an Award-winning cookbook author, caterer, playwright and Culinary Ambassador to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation (NPCF). After growing up working in the kitchens of her late mother Leeann Chin’s award-winning Minneapolis-area restaurants, Katie pursued a career in film and television marketing but eventually left her executive position to return to her culinary roots.

Janella serves as the Producer for the Las Vegas Raiders - yes, that Raiders! When she started with the organization, she knew little about football, and now in her role, she produces all of the video content for the famous NFL team. This includes all of their highlight reels, sizzles, player features, and more.
